neurodivergent people can use decimgender as long as they’re not racist, homophobic, transphobic, a trump supporter, a bi/pan lesbian, a “map” or pedo, or a supporter of woojin or seungri. other than that you’re free to use it! here’s the flag meaning
some pronouns that you can use are dec/decim and arbit/arbiter but they’re not required so you can use he she they or neopronouns with it!
