My sister is in a lot of physical and mental pain right now as her life is on the verge of ruin. She is at her lowest so I would appreciate it if you guys helped me retweet this and sent words of encouragement her way.

1) An ex of my sister came over to our neighbourhood, physically assaulted my sister (i have pictures) and is now threatening to leak her nudes, all because she doesn't want to date him anymore.

Backstory:

She met him on the streets last month and he stopped her, saying he'd like to get to know her better and stuff like that. Mind you, my sister is a very friendly person who is open to meeting new people, so she agreed.

They began chatting on whatsapp where he told her that his mother died of cancer and he was feeling depressed and stuff. He'd regularly send my sister pictires of him threatening to drink sniper (rat poison) and he'd say how much he wants to end it all

My sister has gone through a whole lot of shitty stuff and is also depressed so she understands the struggle and would always tell him to not do that and to get help. After a while he began begging to date her, saying he'd kill himself if she didn't date him so she gave in

And they began dating. Right away, she noticed a loy of red flags. He was weirdly possesive and would usually text her with unknown numbers to see if she was cheating and stuff and it really creeped my sister out. So, last night, she broke up with him

On the morning of the 16th of September, she came out of a hotel and he came ouy of nowhere and hit her, trying to snatch her phone and bag away from her. He screamed at her to pay him back all the money he had spent on her whilw they were dating or else he'd "deal with her."

My sister managed to run away and met up with me at a busstop (we were headed to the market to get some stuff for school as our university's exams begin next week monday). At the busstop she told me whar had happened and she was so scared for her life that we literally had to run

into the nearest bus. It was scary because he'd been stalking her. While we were in the bus, he began sending her texts threatening to deal with her and it all so crazy. We had to stop at a nearby airforce base to report the incident but they said they said they don't handle

cases like that and said we should go to a civil defense centre close to where we lived. After that, we went ahead with our market runs, with the intention of going to the police station when we got home. Meanwhile, the man kept bombarding my sister's phone with messages

Imagine my suprise when immediately we got home, he came out of nowhere and hit her in the face right in the middle of our street while everyone was watching and began beating her. I screamed at the onlookers to help us and they tried to. He's the man in the yellow hoodie btw

What we didn't know was that he had been sitting outside our house for hours, telling the people around him, our neighbours, that my sister was a slut and slandering her name on out streets. Mind you, Nigeria is a conservative country and things like this ruins women's reputation

When the crowd managed to seperate him from her, he told my aging father that she was a slut to his face and embarrased our family in front of that huge crowd. My poor father. Somehow he managed to get her phone and ran away

We rushed to the nearest police station to file a complaint but they said thay since my sister didn't know his residential address, there was nothing they could do. Also, bcuz we're going back to school, we couldn't file a complaint My sister's only option was to block her phone.

On her way to block it, she saw him in a nearby bus (there was huge traffic) and called and yelled "thief" so that people could come to her aid. He got angry and hit her but she refused to let go and people soon came to help her hold him while she called me to call for the police

Her ex denied being with her phone but when they searched him, they found that he had hidden it inside his boxer shorts, the screen of the phone was cracked. Before she could get the police, he managed to escape but we went to the police station anyways to file the case

We wrote a statement at the station and they said they would find him. We went back home, thinking that was over buy when we got home he began threatening her again. This time, saying he would expose her nudes and that he would come with people to our house tommorrow

Turns out he had taken a nude video of her while she was sleepinh. I don't even know why. And he had called my aunt, telling her that my sister was a whore and he met her on a porn site (all lies, btw). Now, he has shown the pictures to the crowd outside our house.1

He is now threatening to expose the nudes to our school's groupchat to ruin her if she doesn't give him 250,000 naira. The total money he spent on her, by the way, is just a hundred and thirteen thousand. Money she NEVER asked for but he gave her as they were dating.

My sister has been crying all night and doesn't know what to do and i'm scared she might relapse since she has a history of depression.

I'm not saying any of this to gather pity but to draw attention to the fact that my sister's life is about to be ruined. I don't know what can be done to help since once the nudes are out, it's over

Also im sorry for the stickers on the pictires or any typos on this thread, i am typing this as quickly as i can because the threat to spread this to out school groupchat was just recently and i dont know what else to do. We're supposed to be preparing for out exams NOT this

I dont even know why i am tweeting this or what it will achieve, im just very confused and scared. This is not right at all. It's not fair

Edit: This nigga has been texting my sister with different numbers. Each time she blocks one number, he will text her with a new one. I dont understand how many numbers he has? Why is he so obsessed???
