me: what’s something lucas & eliott taught you?

axel: when you grow up, and especially in school, you think that what people think of you is important. like when you play a football game and people make fun of you because you can’t play very well. this can slow down your growth
axel: and also social media is toxic and can be violent. maxence and i learned that recently in that people can judge you for what you post, and that’s what makes it very toxic.
axel: but the main thing lucas taught me is that you can be surrounded with people and be reminded you are not alone. and that you fall in love with someone, not a sex

max: gender (i think he was correcting the word)

axel: and it’s important to respect everyone and not judge
to clarify: they were saying love has no gender and you fall in love with the person
maxence: i learned a few things from eliott, like learning to be alone. it’s important for me to be alone sometimes, especially as an artist & focus on myself

i was scared to be alone in my life, and when i played this character who needed that, i thought “maybe i need that too”
maxence: and since i’ve played eliott, i’ve noticed that i’ve been having these moods too, and dealing with like ups and downs a lot. and i learned to get used to that and how to deal with it more easily. so that was a really cool gift from him.
axel: i wanted to add that since we played lucas and eliott i learned that it’s okay to be lost sometimes and not know what you want to do or where you’re going in life. even if you’re going against what society expects of you, it’s okay to be lost and not know where you’re going
axel: and maxence is a great example because maxence found out he really wanted to act and now he’s doing what he loves
