Also let’s kill the idea that black Americans are also ‘mixed’ as the reason why biracial & racially ambiguous folks can solely identify as black. Admixture from slavery is in no way comparable to a black person consensually procreating with a non-black person today.

Despite having admixture, the MAJORITY of black Americans are unambiguously black with different set of African features. Hence why Chadwick Boseman, a black American could play an African King, Angela Bassett an African Queen, Jennifer Hudson playing Winnie Mandela, and so on.

The majority of black Americans can easily blend in with Africans on the continent. The average black American phenotypically looks African despite having admixture. This is a fact and your feelings cannot negate this. Stop with the semantics & intellectual dishonesty.

A lot of the biracial folks in America would cry out loud because most Africans on the continent would consider them white. Their entitlement to blackness doesn’t expand outside America. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with being/identifying as biracial or mixed race. It’s 2020.
