@EAMaddenNFL can I get a refund for the broken game you’ve produced? Played the trial of 21 and didn’t have nearly the amount of issues with loading, glitching mid game. These aren’t on new features either, errors processing features you’ve had for years.
Idk enough about gaming to pinpoint the exact reasons for the issues. I just know I shouldn’t glitch out of a game at halftime to go back in and have no timeouts for the second half. Can’t get all the screens to load in franchise after practicing.
After having none of the issues with this in the 10 hour trial it feels like a bait and switch. The trial version ran way better than the version I purchased. Been a fan of this game since I was a kid and haven’t shit talked any version, but this is beyond frustrating.
Again, I don’t code or know the inner workings of how games function on an in depth level. I can’t imagine it’s difficult to transpose the exact same functions that have been in place for a decade to a new version. Could be wrong, but idk. If anyone’s reading this, don’t buy this
Played online in a franchise with someone and we had no issues playing against each other. Last night we got four desynced notices because he tried to change his jerseys. Tried to play with regular jerseys and no issues. Is this how fragile your game is? Jerseys do that much?
Maybe the pandemic messed y’all up, why not just delay? Why hurt a reputation that’s sinking by forcing out an extremely subpar version of a game? At least with No Man’s Sky it wasn’t a game that had been made for decades. What’s the excuse?
Some people reading this may not grasp my frustration. I’m not a gamer. I love football and I love playing Madden. Maybe play one or two other games in a year. This is the one game I do actually play and spend a lot of time on, and it’s broken.
Imagine your escape is listening to music, and update for Spotify comes out and there’s no more bass and songs skip randomly. Imagine your escape is cooking, suddenly your burners don’t warm and if they do reach the right temp, they immediately lose all heat.
I’ll end this thread by saying I’m not able to get refunded. I’ve inquired. Never in a million years thought I would want to return a version of Madden because of how bad it is. 2020 sucks.
