Today I was watching a live on IG by my big brother @Protekniks and amongst all the beautiful things that he said, there was something that someone said that caught my attention...

It was the idea of people being a gospel minister to be famous. Excuse me what?? That's wrong in so many ways. If that's your motive for being a gospel artist then you need to check yourself. You can't be a Christian & behave like people in the world...

As a gospel artist/minister, your goal should be to spread the gospel with the talent that you've been given, fame now comes as a RESULT of your faithful commitment to the gospel that has been put in your trust, you know why?...

In the words of my dear man of God Pastor Chris, "any thing you'll ever need in your life is wrapped up in the word, GO FOR THE WORD!"
Listen! All the fame, money, success & progress you'll ever need is in the word and the spreading of it.

If you're if you're making gospel music to climb one stage or the other, or to gain followers or any of those things, your focus is misplaced and it will be evident soon enough, people have aimed for those stages, gotten there and never got there again, why?...

Because they aimed at the wrong thing missed the way. Another thing is even the content of the music when there's no fellowship with the Holy Spirit, but that's a thread for another day...

Remember, the purpose of that gift you've been given is to propagate the gospel in the hearts of men to lead them to salvation, it's not about the fame, it's about JESUS. Be guided and focused, Jesus is coming soon, you can't afford to be caught slipping. God bless you
