Joonie was recently spotted with his child during the reality show in the soop.
Here is him in the car holding his child and commenting on taking care of them.

In the past he has given some clues about this like: baby shoes
He also asked for a portrait of them.
He has reported that his child is currently 6 years old now.
We hope to see him with his child more often.
