A thread revealing how and why Roberto Firmino is slightly overrated...

Made by an honest fan.
He scored the winner against Monterrey in the 91st minute to take Liverpool to the Club World Cup final.

He then proceeded to score against Flamengo in the 99th minute to win Liverpool their first ever Club World Cup.
He was substituted on in the UEFA Super Cup and proceeded to get 2 assists and score a penalty, resulting in victory for Liverpool.
He scored 2 goals and made 3 assists in the 2019 Copa America. He had the most goals and assists in the Brazil squad. That squad won the Copa America trophy.
Bobby is something else in the Champions League. In 2017/18, he scored 10 goals. The only player to score more that year was a certain Cristiano Ronaldo. He also got 8 assists. The only player to assist more was a certain James Milner. He clearly helped Liverpool reach the final.
In 2018/19, he scored in the 91st minute against PSG, preventing Liverpool from facing an early exit in the group stage of the Champions League. Liverpool would go on to win the Champions League. Without Firmino, Liverpool would not have won their 6th Champions League trophy.
In the 2019/20 Premier League campaign, Firmino scored 9 goals and made 8 assists. The goals he did score were often game-winning goals away from home. These goals and assists not only won Liverpool a lot of points, but they maintained Liverpool's momentum throughout the season.
Roberto Firmino has been praised by the likes of:

• Ricardo Kaká
• Thierry Henry
• Gary Neville
• José Mourinho
• Virgil Van Dijk
• Jurgen Klopp
• Mauricio Pochettino
• Ian Wright
• Michael Owen
Basically, he isn't. He is UNDERRATED but saying otherwise gets attention and likes.
