Panic attack: what is it, how to stop it, what to do after

WHAT IS PANIC ATTACK

It's a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger or apparent cause. When panic attacks occur, you might think you're losing control, having a heart attack or even dying.
SYMPTOMS (I think those are the important ones)

Chest pain, headache, dizziness, lightheadedness or faintness, sense of impending doom or danger, fear of loss of control or death, wweating, trembling or shaking
HOW TO STOP
1) Deep breathing
2) Recognize that you’re having a panic attack
3) Close your eyes
4) Use muscle relaxation techniques
5) Picture your happy place
