Six more box fan + MERV-13 filters (these for our kid's school). Layered mitigation efforts matter for COVID: social distancing, masks, increase ventilation, reduce indoor time with others, improve particle filtration ↓↓↓.

FYI: Box fans I used ↓ (~$20/ea) were only 20" square fans local in Denver ( @HomeDepot). Also built some with 1" thick filters, but only local 20x20 local MERV-13 filters (below) were @Lowes. I sealed mine well with 2" tape. [No 4" filters locally, got from @JimRosenthal4] (2/2)
A couples answers: ↓↓ is a previous post (+ good link) showing efficacy of the 1" filters against wildfire smoke in Colorado a few weeks ago (AQI <100; v. low comp to CA, OR).
Fan noise is same as without filter (~60 dB at 2m). https://twitter.com/HuffmanLabDU/status/1303851720645079042
