UofU: 258 (reports irregularly)
UVU: 198 (reports weekly)
BYU: 762 (reports daily)

USU: 258 (reports daily deligently)
UofU: 258 (reports whenever they feel like it)
UVU: 198 (reports weekly, don't care)
BYU: 911 (tries to report daily now, could slack off)
USU just corrected their reporting error (second time in 3 days now) and updated the case number to 274 as of 9/19/20 (reported on 9/20/20). So here's the updated graph.
So far based on tracking and observation, USU has been the best out of the four. They are transparent, updating their dashboard every day, and most proactive.
