Proven today by asking a cleaner how he was as didn't look his usual happy self, his dad died a few days ago and he's worried his 95yr old mum might follow soon

Then asking another lady at work how she is as ive not seen her for a few days, her dad is suffering from severe depression and had a bad turn and her brother had a heart attack yesterday and is having surgery today

"Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about"... unless you ask how people are.

Bit of compassion never hurt anybody :-)
