First thing first, I do not condone premarital sex but since abstinence isn't working, I feel the need to talk about this to lessen the risks of unwanted pregnancies and reduce baby dumping cases. Let's start!
Why pull out method is not effective?
Sometimes precum can contain sperms as well so eventho you pull out before ejaculation, precum fluid is already inside and you'll still get pregnant.

Counting fertile days is not effective if your menstrual cycle is irregular. Safest way would be to get an ovulation kit and only have sex when it's tested negative. BUT remember that sperms can live up to 5 days so even if you're tested negative, you can still get pregnant
1. Condoms

Condoms are effective 98% of the time when used correctly. It comes in different sizes so make sure to measure before buying. Durex's size is smaller than other brands in the market. Any condoms that has "FIT" on their packaging are usually suitable for the small sized D
Some people (women especially) might be sensitive or allergic to latex. Read the labels on the packaging first and choose polyurethane/plastic condoms. Make sure the condoms are FDA approved to prevent pregnancies and STDs

2. Contraceptive Pills
This is for women only. It contain a small amount of man-made estrogen and progestin hormones to stop women from ovulating. Not ovulating = no ovum released so no fertilisation.

These side effects differ from one female to another. Females who already have migraines are not advised to take contraceptive pills. Based on my own experience, the one with least side effects is Yasmin. I have migraines and this one doesn't make it worse
When consumed correctly, these pills are effective up to 99.9% to prevent pregnancies BUT it DOES NOT protect you from STDs so if you're at risk, use condoms!
Postinor is an emergency contraceptive pill. DO NOT take it regularly! It is only for emergencies like if you had unprotected sex (or raped) and should be consumed within 72hours. Other brands is Plan B and Morning After
Effectiveness of emergency contraceptive is only about 75%. There are cases where emergency pills doesn't work bcs it is supposed to stop your ovulation. So if you have already ovulated by the time you take the pill, you'll still get pregnant.
