If you still have virgin mobile devices but no credit to vote with and cannot get credit you can still vote online thus;

Take a pen and paper and write out 10 numbers from the contacts on your phone whom u know they may not vote.
Then send a bulk SMS or broadcast WhatsApp message to those 10 people letting them know u wish to register their numbers to vote with

Let them know they would receive an OTP from the registration and they should send the OTP to you.

Then commence registration of their numbers. Once they notify u of the OTP u already know which number an OTP belongs to. Then you can go ahead and apply it, & commence voting.
