From the research I have done, and the people I contacted
I am pretty sure CODM Championship is 8 teams

5 teams are from Global(NA, EUW, ROW, LATAM, Japan)
1 from Garena
1 from Korea
1 from Vietnam (I am unconfirmed about this)

These 6 teams below will be playing for the 1 spot in Garena after playing their regional championship, so they basically have 6 stages

Malaysia : 21 hunters
Singapore : Divinity Uprising (DVT)
Philippines : NRX Jeremiah
Indonesia : DG Esports
Thailand : Daivo
Taiwan : FPX
