When you are selling a house they usually advise to get three valuations, there is often a large spread

Agent A - £150k
Agent B - £145k
Agent C - £120k

Most people would ignore Agent C and put their house on the market somewhere between £145-150k

When it sold someone else...

on the same street would think (as we all do) my house is a little nicer than that and if they wanted to sell (this is key, no one is forcing them to) would put on the market for the same or a little bit higher

On #footballindex at the moment we are only seeing Agent C, and...

therefore thinking our asset is only worth £120k (if only) and because yesterday we thought it was worth far more are worried and some people feel they now need to sell

Try to work out what Agent A and B think a player is worth before listing, ask your mates, DM other....

I hope FI do something soon about us only seeing Agent C’s (no one likes Agent C) valuation, but until they do try and help each other
