We, along with Snr Adv Mr. Colin Gonsalves have been assisting our advisory board member @anivar in the #AarogyaSetu petition in the Karnataka HC challenging the voluntary-mandatory status of @SetuAarogya & on the absence of specific legislation governing data collected by it.

The matter has been listed for hearing today in the court of Hon’ble CJ Abhay Oka & Justice Ashok S. Kinagi.

In the last hearing, the Court had allowed amendment which includes details of function creep of Aarogya Setu Open API & two prayers urging deletion of all data collected by Aarogya Setu until now & to injunct the respondents to proceed with Aarogya Setu.
