Promo Twitter is literally some people’s only source of income & I don’t understand y people don’t see it like any other paying job.
There are promoters who tweet like they’re being forced or doing someone a favor
Things like “I’m so tired of this promo”
But you’re getting paid?
It’s the smallest things that you might find harmless but just ask yourself if the things you tweet here are things you’d randomly say out loud at the office.
Because this too is a workplace.
You’re literally at home getting paid to tweet. So many people manifest campaigns daily & it’s a bit sad when there’s people who take the whole thing as a joke.
If you’re not happy about a brief then don’t take it mos, instead of taking it then whining about it on the TL
No?
It’s all about respecting the brand(s) you’re working for/with, the person who’s managing the campaign & respecting yourself too.

Also just appreciating that out of the hundreds of people who could’ve been selected, you made it on the team.
The time for being put on promo because you know so & so has long passed. Those are things we did when we were just starting & a lot of people looked down on promo twitter so they weren’t interested.

Almost everyone is replaceable now.
So at least make sure that people who don’t know you on a personal level can still put you on, based on the work you do.
Also, there’s no competition to see who’s getting the most campaigns on the TL. Don’t put unnecessary pressure on yourselves
I typed this thread at 4am because I couldn’t sleep. I hope I’m making sense though.
