2/2 @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares Relationship banker is not picking up my calls or replying to my mails. I'm a long time customer of hdfc bank. Do I really deserve this treatment? When will my issue be resolved??

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares I'm already following this up for a week now. And you again say in a mail 4 business days. That means Wednesday, another week. This is not acceptable to me. I'm seriously thinking of switching to some other bank. Correspondence number 20262822241
