I get why bakugou hate deku so much. The fact he is able to start to move past it is incredible and this tweet thread will explain why.

Since Katsuki got his quirk, he's been training super fucking hard. Like SUPER hard. AND studying. Training to the stage where-
-he can literally work out angles and explosion sizes needed exactly in the air midbattle to move around perfectly like he does. Also gained and maintained muscles and gotten himself smart enough that he's a top student at one of the most prestigious schools in the county-
-when Izuku 'deku' Midoriya finds out he's quirkless, what does he do? Does he spend time training saying "im going to be a hero anyway?" does he look into other ways he could do it like becoming a side kick, police officer or someone that helps a hero agency run?-
-no. He fucking mopes around and tries to cling on to times where Katsuki and him were equals. While simultaneously acting heroic and complaining he can't be a hero. Do you have any idea how fucking annoying that is when you're doing everything possible to make becoming a hero-
Possible? It's like when people sit around wishing they were good at drawing and complaining about it without taking steps to learn how and practice.
THEN! To top it all off. He gets handed a quirk one day out of the blue. Not just any quirk-
But the quirk of Katsuki's idol. Imagine training and maintaining a strict diet, sleeping schedule, studying and working out for 12 years (providing Katsuki got his quirk at 4) only to have the kid that moped and didn't put in any work get handed all your hard work and more-
-on a silver platter. That would PISS ME THE FUCK OFF too.
So it's no wonder it takes seasons for Katsuki to finally start to accept Deku does want to become a hero enough to work as hard as he has been in the recent seasons.
Season 1 Deku is the worst.
