Feminism, the belief in social, economic, and political equality of the sexes. Although largely originating in the West, feminism is manifested worldwide and is represented by various institutions committed to activity on behalf of women's rights and interests.

2/Men aren’t in charge because of some inalienable right. There is no doctrine that bequeathed them superiority over women or anything for that matter.
3/Getting rid of the biases we teach kids from birth would be helpful too. Biases are learned a young age add up. “throws like a girl.” for example.
4/“The system is set to suppress those women that threaten men in power though.”
We have made some progress here with the #MeToo
Movement,. Much still needs to be done.
