Just a FYI - apparently when you request installation @BestBuy by @GeekSquad it means they just leave in the middle of your appointment and you DIY. That's what happened to me today. In the middle of the install of a fridge. They literally just left without saying anything.
And when I called their office, I eventually got "install it yourself. I can't get anyone to you. Otherwise, call and get a refund". The install was free and included with my purchase. I guess I got what I paid for? Sadly, I won't be buying any major appliances from there again.
