I think this quarantine developed me as a person and I’m progressing so much. My mental & physical health is blossoming and I’m so grateful

I’m taking care of my health , slowly building back my confidence while eating healthily. The period also allowed me to meditate and reconnect with the things that made me happy before university - music, paintings,fishing,nature etc.
This reconnection with old pleasures combined with time with nature & wholesome conversations with the boys are the eternal solutions to my crippling anxiety & internal issues that have raged within me for years.
These things are the working solutions I’ve been searching for for years and I’m confident to say that it works for me. This thread is to remind you that there is a cure for anxiety/depression out there and you can find it ! No matter how long it’s been burdening you ,it’s there
And all without substance abuse or a fake sense of mind. It’s a purely natural solution , I feel mentally medicated ; I wish I could just take this feeling , bottle it up and give to everyone who’s suffering from mental health issues and anxiety
