I usually have about 15 spoons. I live with a chronic illness that shows up as fatigue, moodiness, and migraines.
But this week I’ve been real sick on top of this. It took about half my spoons away.

I was running on a deficit this past week because there was stuff I HAD to do.

I don’t know why I even wrote this out. Except to say that chronic illness sucks. It just sucks.
Hahah my chronic illness MOSTLY shows up in my entire body aching. But that is so common for me now that I FORGOT that it’s not normal
