some good things have entered my life quite sequietously via twitter, so let me connect a few dots

at the same time i started this sleeping on the floor thing, I've started sitting less. more laying on the ground, or putting my laptop on a chair https://twitter.com/natural_hazard/status/1304208382274961415?s=20
this sort of madness has been inspired by @imhinesmi being a chairless bro

doing this more at the same time i started the floor thing has... shifted by baseline? I don't feel like things have gotten "comfier" but i'm more okay with discomfort https://twitter.com/imhinesmi/status/1220434302091042816?s=20
i got to sleeping on the floor in the first place because while asking #sobsquad how actual psychiatry fits into dealing with your trauma, @Malcolm_Ocean dropped a QT to a "evo dentistry" vid, and the guy offhandedly mentioned sleeping on harder surfaces
(this is the tweet) https://twitter.com/Malcolm_Ocean/status/1284346220660396032?s=20
this whole chain is interesting to me because it's the "normal" pattern of friends offhandedly mentioning things, you go down rabbit holes, sometimes they connect

being on twitter has just given a more interesting flavor to to where i end up :)
I'm optimistic about how this experiment is going. Like, I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop (suddenly be tired as FUCK all the time) but I seem to be adapting?
I notice that moving my seating position frequently is becoming less of a distracting thing. Mayhaps my attention is more on my body in general, and there's less "zoning, suddenly realizing I'm sore/hurting, jarring reentry to body to readjust"

hard to say
