Why don't you build your list for free so you can profit tomorrow?

When you’re starting out you want to make your money upfront.

It is a hard-to-accept fact that most of your money will be made during follow up or upselling

A thread...
Affiliate marketing is not a get rich quick scheme, you have to promote over weeks, months and even years.

You must build relationships and follow-up relentlessly.

Your initial campaign is really about building a buyers list.

The sales you make will likely pay for your traffic
Let's say you spent $250 on 1000 clicks (visitors).

250 of those clicks convert into subscribers

And you got about 12 sales from a $25 affiliate commission product.

You gross $350 (12 x $25)

$50 from $300 isn't bad. However, that's not the point I am driving at
The work you've done has added $250 people including 12 buyers to your list.

Now you can continue to sell to them again and again.

Every click you bought cost you $0.25.

Remember though. The money is in the followup.
Now, that's how the big boys play.

They can build their list for free (or even take a loss) because they know their figures and they know how much they will make during follow up.

In a nutshell, don’t stress about not making money on the initial offer
Just keep your head above water and look to break even or close

Build that email list as big as possible.
