Just embedded Python in our #Miniscope software & now have real-time pose data thanks to #DeepLabCut-Live! (Choppiness due to TF not playing nicely w/ my GPU.)

My first attempt at using #DeepLabCut and blown away at how easy it is to use. #OpenSource #OpenScience for the win!

I'm sure DLC-Live can do a lot better than what is shown here.

Abby's black fur might not be the best fit for an unmodified dog model from the Model Zoo. I also am running at a pretty low resolution due to laptop GPU issues.
