"Just a vehicle of interest, out of town plates out of these protests downtown. Virginia tags, we were trying to see where they're staying at. There's only two of us trying to surveil."

5:27 cont - "Thought maybe you might be able to help."

chopper, "We could try, High and Whittier? Where you guys?"

"Well right now, I just passed them, gonna be a black Dodge Caravan, they're on Jaeger just south of Yates."

5:29 - "Alright Jaeger at Yates, not finding that cross street. Do they intersect?"

"You did say eastbound, correct?"

"They was pulling up to a stop sign when I passed them there chopper, they had a turn signal on but I did not see it commit eastbound, so could have gone west."

5:31 - "So you think they turned either east or west on Hamper?"

"Do you think they're staying in the area of where you last saw them at? Or do you think they were headed somewhere out like to Parsons or that part of the south [garbled]?"

5:31 cont - "No idea sir. Virginia tags, hadn't seen them around here before, believe they were from that area up here, for the protest. That's why we were trying to figure out where they might be staying."

5:35 - chopper, "We looked through the area here we're not seeing them."

"Okay chopper I copy, yeah I have no idea where they went. If you happen to see anything later on, just let us know."

5:35 cont - chopper, "I take it you initially picked them up cruising downtown then?"

"They were actually downtown at the protests, actually found their vehicle, saw them get loaded up, tried to follow them with just two of us but that didn't work out too well."

5:35 cont - "They did a lot of counter surveillance."

chopper, "Yeah I'll pass it on."

"Thank you, might see it at some of the hotel parking lots or something. Newer, dark black caravan, they had all their luggage tied up on top."

Around 6:45 a call went out for two women headed south on High St. near OSU, cutting down all the American Flags.

It's been a lot of chatter related to a shooting but nothing particularly interesting to us right now.

9:15 - "Four female blacks, 12 and younger running back and forth across the street, pink shirt, other dark clothing."

9:28 - 80, "Juvenile 51 [prisoner transport] to children's services."

I don't believe this is connected to the previous tweet but you never like to hear it and I had to hear it, so I guess y'all do too.

Alright, the rest of the night has been fairly uneventful, but don't sleep on the first couple tweets in this thread. Yeesh.
