That& #39;s still about 15K students short of HISD& #39;s projected enrollment of 207K for the year and if enrollment remains low when the official count is taken later this year, it could create a financial risk
Lathan says HISD has a goal of Sept 28th to start bringing back thousands of employees and that& #39;s when they& #39;ll launch a third party app to help with contact tracing. Right now "everything is still manual"

Lathan says all 10 HISD facilities that reported positive COVID-19 cases last week have been deep cleaned and have reopened.
