@CashSupport @CashSupport the hacker created an new account and used my cell phone then, tried to hack my family’s money, especially for 85 years old grandmother’s money, she was originally sending to my original $cashtag but it was linked to a different $cashtag then the money
went to different account so, I figured out that it was sent to different account so I logged out of my original account and logged in with my cell phone then I see there was a different cash tag so I refunded these transactions as fast I could then, Brittany the hacker tried to
take advantage of my grandmother and requested her $680 and Carlos, my husband $100, I told them both to DECLINE. So, they did.
I’ve tried to make the attempts to email @CashSupport @CashSupport, no agents are available to get this fixed. They are not reliable. Y’all, unlink all of your cellphone and bank information from your cash app and deactivate your cash app accounts.
RT this thread and I want to save everyone from the struggles I’m having for two weeks because no one from @CashApp @CashSupport will able to assist anyone with this unfortunate situations. I’ve seen a lot of tweets with similar experiences as mine through @CashSupport.
Yet, my grandmother hasn’t gotten her refund.
