I keep on telling people that brands aren’t determined by simple vanity metrics, community size or even popularity!

It has to do with relevance, timeliness, responsiveness, customer service and ability to deliver quality and value no matter who you are!
This morning I tweeted asking for recommendations for a business that does MacBook repairs.

Two persons responded with the same brand. I spent most of the morning calling to no avail. Apparently their phones are having issues. (Can’t fault them)
I went down there but didn’t get through. The young lady was lovely but upon review, I was told obsolete and that my best best is to buy a new laptop for her .... 😂😂😂😂
