My 2 cents on $NNOX:

Aims:
- to increase early detection especially of those conditions that are discoverable by X-ray.
- to enable Medical screening as a Service and thus improving early detection services worldwide.

Nanox System: Hardware (Imaging Machines) and Software (Cloud).
- Nanox.ARC is the imaging system. First version will be a 3D-Tomosynthesis imaging system, subject to regulatory clearance. Prototype stage currently.
- http://Nanox.CLOUD  also is a prototype currently.
USP= Novel X-ray Source

Novel X-ray source:
can achieve same functionalities as legacy X-ray technology, but lower cost production than existing medical imaging systems (and presumably lower cost to use in practice)
Advantages of Nanox System:
- Novel X-ray source
- Market at a lower cost than current systems (Current systems are very expensive so this should be achievable)
- Potential to improve screening substantially e.g. for breast cancer
- Simpler structure versus legacy CT devices.
Challenges of Nanox System (IMO):
- needs regulatory approval firstly in the USA but overseas will be the real challenge
- quality of images need to be better than or at least comparable to current systems
- Imaging solutions need to be affordable, fast, and practical.
Regulatory Status:
Single source version of Nanox.ARC 510(k) application not yet approved. Further functional and safety tests required.

Multiple source Nanox.ARC 510(k) application planned to be submitted in 4th quarter. If approved, this will be the commercial imaging system.
