In addition to more & more people expressing concern of the Warp Speed program saying they will not take it

Gates took Shots at the CDC FDA & Trump Admin

While Gates does posses heavy influence over those agencies his policies could be challenged there (not likely)

This may explain why Gates expresses why he wants to see the private sector more influential over all...
