"Around 10 in the morning on our last day of deployment, Alex and I came across a man walking down the road, and after asking if he needed anything, he explained he lived on a dead end road and had been trapped with his three very young children since the storm.

He also told us they had been pretty much out of food for the previous two days. We followed him around the corner and found three large trees blocking the end of the street and trapping four families in.
