ok so like now i know that i’m not the only one but this is getting more attention that i thought it would...
IM GONNA EXPLAIN BC PEOPLE THINK ITS NOT NORMAL,, it’s normal for people to have a hypnic jerk or body shudder but not as often as i get them. mine however is caused by stress and anxiety and happens quite often. i have a panic disorder which explains the tic (not tourette’s tho)
