Please don't do this. I know neoliberal education rewards us for making seemingly lengthy papers, but this will just give both you (for racking your brains) and your professor (for checking word salad) a hard time. Here's some tips to make a concise yet meaningful essay: https://twitter.com/lourdmontenegro/status/1305445897245921280
First, make an outline and stick to it. It really helps a lot. You must have an introduction, a body and a conclusion that will tie all of your ideas together. Following through an outline will help you organize and present your ideas more efficiently.
Second, do your research!!! This means that you should start early so that you have more time to research. Before good writing comes tedious reading and research, remember that.

I'm also guilty of cramming, so one way is to stock up on readings that may come in handy to you.
Third, separate what is subjective from what's objective. We're all guilty of having to write about topics we don't like that much, so one way is to lay down the facts and then write your reactions/concerns about it. This way, you'll be able to intertwine your ideas with facts.
Ex: Fact: The number of cases of violence against women and children has increased during lockdown. Reaction: We must do more to protect women against children. Possible conclusion: Govt should improve covid response and the lockdown must end already to alleviate the problem.
Fourth, have others critique your work, better yet work collaboratively with your peers! Having someone else read your work offers a more objective perspective and will reveal errors you may have missed+improvements you can make.

p.s. i miss my baca blockmates we used to do this
Lastly, in relation to the prior tips, make drafts!! I myself am guilty of writing flat-out and then submitting it just in the nick of time, but the quality of work vastly improves when there's editing done. (I have to thank people in @tinigngplaridel for being patient with me)
Anyway, you can message me for your academic and technical writing needs!! (proofreading, editing, transcription etc.) Dm me lang, I write for a living so ayon.
