I want y’all to get used to the idea that jealousy is a real feeling. It happens between friends, between lovers, between strangers. It can be healthy, if you actually confront it, acknowledge it and give it room to move through you. Denying it is what makes it toxic.
As long as we live and exist in a hierarchal society, there will always be moments of jealousy. You can be the happiest you’ve ever been and still feel envious, without any reasoning. Its normal. Stop denying it and just be real about it.
Y’all keep criticizing relationships because you think jealousy means the relationships itself is unhealthy and that’s simply not true. Jealousy isn’t inherently unhealthy. It’s the denial and the actions taken regarding jealousy that become unhealthy.
