Your friendly reminder that CAPITALISM IS INHERENTLY HARAM

Allah didn't create you, blow his spirit into you just so you could waste what's been given to you, just endlessly consuming until the day you return to Him. Capitalism and Islam are antithetical. Do something meaningful with your time in this dunya. Fulfill your purpose.

It's absolutely ridiculous how every sense of our deen, prophetic values and basic sense of compassion go out the window and suddenly don't seem to matter when it comes to protecting + accumulating wealth, consumerism and defending capitalism.

We need to decolonize Islam!!

Capitalism may sell us the idea of infinity but it's dependent on the finite nature of things to function. It has no place for the soul; the concern of which is central to our belief system. That goes against every tenant of capitalism bc it can't be held, thus has no value.
