I've no proper GCSEs either, I was exceptionally lucky to land a full time job in a great industry for a great business just about a year ago in easier times. I'm rubbish at the academic stuff but my excellent interpersonal skills have been such an enormous asset for me.

I've grown enormously as an individual in that time, my happiness and confidence has skyrocketed, and despite the difficulties of Covid I have used the adversity to become a far stronger person and prove to myself I'm far more resilient than I thought I was previously.

But in all this I'm lucky to have a wonderful supportive family & network of friends and also extremely supportive managers & colleagues to work with.
