First of all, what is willpower?

Willpower is your strength to get something done

Willpower is your strength to restrain impulses

"Control exerted to do something or restrain impulses"

Why is it so important? 👇
I'm gonna use a friend of mine as an example here

My friend wanted to get back into shape

This friend wanted help from me, so I said yes, I can help

I told my friend what he needed to do

It was all going so well... until
What happened?

After 3 weeks of eating healthier and working out

My friend couldn't do it anymore

My friend stopped going to the gym

My friend stopped eating healthy

Why?

My friend didn't have the willpower to restrain the urge for the "easy" life
The willpower to restrain yourself to go back into old habits

Is needed, my friend only did it for 3 weeks

That's not strength, that's weakness
How can you develop good willpower?

• Schedule your day
• Get rid of every distraction
• Live a simple life
• Hang less with people not on the same path
It's not easy to restrain yourself from old habits

But you need to get rid of some bad old habits

That's why you need willpower!
