JOHESU IS ON STRIKE AND THESE USELESS NIGERIAN DOCTORS ARE AT IT AGAIN.

In this government-run hospital, medical doctors have been mandated by the management to keep the hospital running even as nearly every other health worker has embarked on the warning strike

JOHESU going on strike means:

No Nurses
No ward maids
No Cleaners
No accountants
No medical lab scientists
No physiotherapists
No radiographers
No pharmacists
No records staff

So based on the mandate, medical doctors are being conscripted into doing all missing duties that can be done in addition to their doctor duties.

Rosters have been drawn up to have doctors man the wards as nurses.

This includes giving all medications, dressing all wounds, emptying bodily waste, dealing with patients and patient relations, making nursing documentations, feeding babies and patients who cannot eat by themselves and a host of other stuff.

Also, some doctors have been assigned to keep the funds. Others to keep records.
Doctors are also becoming their own guards by securing the place and locking the gates at night.

Just so that the hospital keeps running.

But of course, the doctors are not getting extra remuneration for all these. They are not getting extra recognition or anything.

The more senior doctors just shove all the jobs down the throats of the residents and house officers because, of course, the hospital must work.

This thread is to tell you how useless Nigerian doctors are and how much of simping they have learned to do.

Just so you know, I am typing this from the nursing station where I am supposed to be on guard and make sure that this violent patient who wants to abscond doesn't.
