The saddest part about companies like Liberty losing peoples Wills is they will continue to do so. How many Wills have been lost and never make it to safe custody? @LibertyGroupSA
Yet Liberty refuses to follow up on that. People are dying and have BEEN dying. The repercussions..

Of losing a persons Last Will and Testament are enormous.
I went around like a headless chicken looking for my mothers Will. She assured me before she died that she made one and left it with @LibertyGroupSA and @SBGroup Trust. She had stage 4 cancer and knew she was going to die

So when she died. Like she instructed i went to @LibertyGroupSA to ask for her Last Will and Testament. To my surprise they told me they don't have it and she never made a Will with them. They said I should try by @StandardBankZA

I went to Standard bank and they said the same thing. I was confused. Did my mom make a mistake?
I was sure she left her will somewhere and used my energy while grieving her loss and juggling family affairs and school to locate it. I was certain she had a Will. It was draining.

I asked her Liberty advisor, bra where did my mom leave her will? He said he advises many clients to do their Will but they dont. I told him that she said she left it here and he was like "nope" she never did

So my mothers estate was wound up intestate succession, as if she never drew up a will.
Then one day, after guessing her email password for months. I got in. Yho what a struggle bethuna. Anyway i found an email from @LibertyGroupSA which sent her a copy of her Will. Halala.

Then i started to question, what happened? How many other people has this happened to?
How many people have searched for a will of a loved one and never found it because they didnt have access to emails like I did?
Death is so stressful because of things to do with estates guys

Anyway they cant explain what happened. They have been investigating for 2,5 months with no leads. They have had meetings but no answers. They have no made any plans to ensure their internal controls over the custody of clients wills have improved. This is a warning to you ♡

Ndim lo, looking for a Will that Liberty had. The financial advisor told me that somethings at liberty were lost after they changed systems and even emails. This is really bad but I'm laughing because its ridiculousness. Like people's lives dont matter there by @LibertyGroupSA

The funniest part is @LibertyGroupSA and @StandardBankZA Trust both said they dont have my mother's Will. (image 1&2)
Until I sent them a copy of the Will, they came back & said "same! We found it too" (image 3). What? the very doc I sent them. How Convenient?!

This is proof njee to the negligence with regards to Clients Wills making it to safe custody.
