5 key habits that changed my life

The last one is rediculous powerful and simple

/*THREAD*/
1. Working out

I need progress in my life to feel happy

There's no "easier" way to observe progress than through fitness

And seriously, your body needs to sweat to release all those good brain chemicals

At least 4 workouts a week are non-negotiable for me
2. Nutrition

I used to feel sleepy and dizzy all the time

I still remember high-school me trying to stay awake in classes

My head would literally fall in my hand and I would struggle not to close my eyes

Bad nutrition + lack of sleep = No fuel for the day
3. Reading

Borrow the knowledge of your ancestral, they had a lifetime to learn it

You don't have to learn everything on your own

What you need is an insatiable will to learn

Educate yourself on:

• Fitness
• Mindset
• Finances
• Relationships

Read good books
4. Starting an online business

Again, I need progress

I had the fitness progress, the intellectual progress, but I lacked the monetary progress

Starting an online business sets you free from anxiety

You know you're building an asset that will earn you for the future
5. Gratitude

So, so simple, yet so many people underestimate it

You see...

There will always be people that have it better than you, and others that have it worst

Stop comparing

Be grateful for what you have, and always put it into perspective

Count your blessings
