There& #39;s lots happening all at once in #FE Professional Development from @E_T_Foundation, recruiting at a time when teaching feels a bit like this:

It& #39;s all good stuff, but I& #39;m hearing some confusion.

THREAD 1/
1. The #Constellations will be amplifying the work of APs across England in many ways: podcasts, videos, blogs, presentations, webinars and also via #APNetworks countrywide. Not to be confused with 3/
2. #PDGs (Practice Development Groups) taking place in every region of England, different host organisers, bit like Professional Exchanges (PENs) with one crucial and progressive difference - they are run by #FE practitioners! #yay And are open to everyone. 4/
3. There is also a brand new mentoring programme, recently announced, which is different to both of the above. The programme will teach mentoring skills to #FEPractitioners new + experienced mentors (couldn& #39;t find a photo which represented mentoring but these look nice) 5/
4. Of course the #OTLA programme is already underway, the only one to get up and running before the summer. #OTLA is well established and focusing this year on practitioner research projects around English. Not to be confused with... 6/
5. The Practitioner Research Programme (PRP), often referred to as #SUNCETT which is also currently recruiting and which has inspired some brilliant thinking in #FE in recent years 7/
There are also programmes around management, digital, leadership, T-levels, governance with which I& #39;m less familiar. I don& #39;t work for the ETF (I work on some of their programmes sometimes) but I& #39;ve been doing lots of meetings for #APConnecthttps://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="đź’«" title="Symbol fĂĽr Benommenheit" aria-label="Emoji: Symbol fĂĽr Benommenheit">... 8/
...and lots of questions have come up which made me think this might be a helpful thread. Hope you& #39;ve liked the photos, just a few from a very random collection. Have a lovely day END/
