You all are right about @LlcTerrific crazy terms. but you miss something important in all this story. How and why would an artist sign that terms?
I am one of the artists that signed and worked for two months for them. BUT I would like to clear something. It is not that you sign this. You agreed and signed really good terms and rates, you do the work, you send the pages because the first terms said that payment is done 100%
not more than 48 later the issue art is finished. But when the payment date arrives, THEN is when this guy calls you and tries to trick you into signing a new contract with these terms that are in all ways crazy.
They call you and try to make you sign the new contract and terms and if you say no, as I did, then he start to insult you and treat you like a crazy and a bad professional and of course he will not pay you a dollar till you sign the new terms
which of course extinct every previous agreements. this is how it happens and this is how they tricked us. THIS is how they do it and Andrew devs and Robert Shepard work, and we will alert any artist we can about them.
