Can& #39;t remember if it was in vigilantes or the main story but there was this idea in MHA that people want to use their quirks. It& #39;s okay for people with non-destructive quirks to use it in everyday life but it becomes a little more concerning with people like Bakugou or Shigaraki

Wanting to use them makes sense because quirks are a part of you so policing people and telling them they have to shut that part down isn& #39;t fair but at the same time you can& #39;t have people blowing up buildings.

This goes with Shiggy& #39;s "I can only destroy" line since him having a destructive power would make him more inclined to destructive behaviour, the same way Bakugou& #39;s temper could be a result of his quirk, although his mother has the same temper so I don& #39;t know how true that is
