I had raised a ticket (11784619748451648) on Sat, 12th Sep. I was told the glitch will be fixed within 24 hours but it's been 3 days now and I haven't received any response even after mailing & messaging so many times. Require urgent help.

It's been 4 days, nd still my issue stands unresolved. Rescheduling a flight is an urgent issue and you guys don't respond at all. This is totally terrible customer service. At this rate you will lose all your customers.

Are you guys going to look into it or even care to respond to the issue? It's an urgent issue and even after promising 24 hours resolution I haven't heard back from you guys in 4 days now. When will be my issue resolved?
