Back door can symbolize us kpop stans that when we like kpop or a certain group, we keep it as a "secret", a "guilty pressure", something u hide bc ur afraid to be judged. OR even simply anyone hesitating on the things that gives them happiness.

BUT in the song SKZ REMINDS us that it will only be suffocating if we hide what we truly feel about them/their songs. SO STAYS BE CONFIDENT AND SPREAD THE NEWS THAT SKZ EXIST. PLAY THEIR SONGS LOUDLY W/OUT BEING GUILTY. ENJOY THEIR EXISTENCE AND THEIR MUSIC
