1. Hey @happyeasygo WTF is going on. I booked a ticket for a friend. It got cancelled by @IndiGo6E, They initiated a full refund. Your representative told me on 10th money will be credited after 72 hours. Now once I contact customer care they are saying I need to cancel.

2. They are telling i need to cancel it from happyeasygo. What you guys want that 400 inr for Convenience fee.? I need to wait 90 days for my return. @happyeasygo. Why do you need my money for 90 days.? Is it ethical to keep as @IndiGo6E initiated a full refund.
