I'm told the Inslee/Culp debate on the 29th will NOT happen. Inslee refuses to debate on a stage because Culp won't wear a mask. Instead, ONE debate will happen on Oct 7th and Inslee and Culp will -- sigh -- be in separate rooms. Both sides have agreed *verbally*.
